1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Harbourside Inventories (“we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Harbourside Inventories provides property inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and related property inspection services in Poole, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Detailed property inventory reports

• Photographic documentation of property condition

• Check-in and check-out inspections

• Dispute support relating to property condition

3. Booking & Confirmation
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed service agreement and any applicable deposit or payment.
3.3 You are responsible for providing accurate property details and ensuring property access as required.

4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Our fees are set out in our service schedule or quote.
4.2 Payment is due prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Late payments may incur interest at 10% per month or a fixed fee as permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities
You must:

• Provide safe access to the property.

• Ensure all relevant keys, codes, and instructions are available.

• Disclose any known hazards or special requirements.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or rescheduled inspections.

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 While Harbourside Inventories takes every care in preparing reports, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from:

• Misrepresentation of property details

• Pre-existing property defects not disclosed

• Actions taken based on the report by third parties

6.2 Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
7.1 Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full service fee.
7.3 We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to unforeseen circumstances, providing you with as much notice as possible.

8. Report Accuracy & Disputes
8.1 Our reports are prepared with care and impartiality, but they are not a guarantee against disputes.
8.2 Any disputes regarding reports must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the report delivery.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with UK data protection laws (GDPR) regarding personal information collected during service provision. Data is stored securely and only used for the purpose of delivering our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments
Harbourside Inventories reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
